Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tripify mobile application and services (“Service”). By downloading or using Tripify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Use of the Service

Tripify is designed to help users plan, organize, and track their travel experiences. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, interfering with functionality, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accounts & Authentication

Tripify may use anonymous or authenticated accounts to store data such as travel plans, preferences, or user-generated content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within Tripify. However, by using the Service, you grant Tripify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Tripify may offer auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features. All subscriptions:

• Are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
• Renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• May be managed or canceled in your Apple ID account settings

Tripify does not store or process your payment information. Apple manages all billing, refunds, and payment processing according to Apple’s own policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and proprietary content within Tripify are owned by Tripify or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, modification, or distribution of the Service or its components is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Services

Tripify may integrate trusted third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and Google APIs. Your use of these services within Tripify is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tripify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, inaccuracies, or reliance on travel information provided within the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tripify at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes occur, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
